Algie Thomas Howell, Jr. (born January 8, 1938, in Holland, Virginia) is an American politician of the Democratic Party. Since 2004 he has been a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 90th district, made up of parts of the cities of Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.[1]
